If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.<\/p><p>Some Services may require you to agree to additional terms (\u201cSupplemental Terms\u201d), which will be presented before use. Supplemental Terms are incorporated into these Terms of Use.<\/p><p>Provisions that should reasonably survive termination of this Agreement shall survive, including those regarding limitation of liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.<\/p><p>Slotahead\u2019s collection and use of personal data is described in our <strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong>.<\/p><hr class=\"slotahead-divider\" \/><div class=\"slotahead-important\">PLEASE REVIEW THE ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER PROVISION IN SECTION 17 CAREFULLY.<br \/>IT REQUIRES YOU TO RESOLVE MOST DISPUTES WITH SLOTAHEAD THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND PREVENTS YOU FROM PARTICIPATING IN A CLASS ACTION.<p>BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.<\/p><\/div><hr class=\"slotahead-divider\" \/><h2>CHANGES TO THESE TERMS<\/h2><p>We continually improve the Services and may update these Terms of Use periodically. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS AND LISTINGS<\/h2><ul><li>You are solely responsible for choosing any Third-Party Provider.<\/li><li>Slotahead does not endorse or guarantee any Third-Party Provider.<\/li><li>Information may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.<\/li><li>Third-Party Providers may pay fees to use or advertise on the Services.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"slotahead-divider\" \/><h2>5.
