The following terms (the “Terms of Use” or the “Agreement”) constitute a legal agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “user”) and Slotahead (“Slotahead,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of our websites, applications, products, platforms, chat systems, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
Some Services may require you to agree to additional terms (“Supplemental Terms”), which will be presented before use. Supplemental Terms are incorporated into these Terms of Use.
Provisions that should reasonably survive termination of this Agreement shall survive, including those regarding limitation of liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.

IT REQUIRES YOU TO RESOLVE MOST DISPUTES WITH SLOTAHEAD THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND PREVENTS YOU FROM PARTICIPATING IN A CLASS ACTION.
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We continually improve the Services and may update these Terms of Use periodically. If changes materially impact your rights, we will notify you through reasonable means, including website notices or email.
If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must stop using the Services. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.

Slotahead grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with this Agreement.
Certain features of the Services may require creating a user account (“Account”). By creating an Account, you authorize Slotahead to use the information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
“Content” refers to all text, data, graphics, images, audio, video, documents, suggestions, guidance, system-generated outputs (including AI-based features), and other materials provided through the Services.
While we strive to offer accurate, reliable Content, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING CONTENT ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY. Any actions taken based on Content are at your own risk.
2. NO MEDICAL OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Unless explicitly stated, Slotahead does not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Any information made available through the Services is for general informational, scheduling, operational, or communication purposes only.
THE SERVICES SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL NEEDS. If you are experiencing an emergency, please contact emergency services immediately.
3. NO DOCTOR–PATIENT OR PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP
Where applicable, the Services facilitate communication between users and third-party professionals. No professional relationship is created through the Services.
Slotahead is not responsible for canceled, modified, or unavailable appointments, nor for the actions or omissions of third-party professionals.
4. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS AND LISTINGS
- You are solely responsible for choosing any Third-Party Provider.
- Slotahead does not endorse or guarantee any Third-Party Provider.
- Information may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.
- Third-Party Providers may pay fees to use or advertise on the Services.
5. AI-GENERATED CONTENT
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided “AS IS.”
- Errors or omissions in AI-generated information
- Decisions made based on such information
- Offensive, incorrect, or unintended outputs
6. USER-PROVIDED INFORMATION
- Information must be accurate and lawful
- You authorize sharing with Third-Party Providers where necessary
7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for maintaining login credentials.
Proper Use
- No unlawful or harmful use
- No scraping or unauthorized access

8. TELEMEDICINE OR REMOTE SERVICES
Slotahead provides technology only and does not control healthcare professionals.
9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TECHNOLOGIES
Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights are owned by Slotahead or its licensors.
11. FEES AND PAYMENTS
All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
12. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.
13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 12 months.
15. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify Slotahead from claims arising from your use.
16. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the USA.
17. ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Disputes must be resolved through individual arbitration.
